Volunteer Opportunities
We are never so useful as when we serve others. Volunteers devote considerable time and energy helping the Museum meet its goal of preserving and sharing Walla Walla regional heritage. You can help carry the past into the future! Take a look at our Volunteer Handbook.
Call Don Locati (509-525-7703) or email info@fortwallawallamuseum.org if you're interested in being a Museum volunteer.

-
Greeting visitors and interpreting Museum exhibits to the general public and school groups.
-
Developing school and other outreach programs.

Working within the Exhibits Committee to develop, build, and install exhibits.
-
Cataloging artifacts, books, and historic photographs.
-
Assisting with membership mailings or performing general clerical duties.
-
Maintaining Museum grounds and buildings.
-
Producing contemporary and historic photographs.
-
Conducting research projects for exhibits, educational programs, and/or publications.
