More Collections & Exhibits

Fort Walla Walla Museum's collection includes more than 42,000 artifacts. At any given time, some 12,000 are displayed in five large exhibit halls and our 17-building pioneer settlement. Exhibits are changed regularly, with collection items rotated in and out to aid in their preservation and to keep exhibits continually interesting.

Pioneer Settlement Of the 17 buildings in the pioneer settlement, 15 are original and were brought to the Museum from within 30 miles of the grounds. You can learn more about the settlement and buildings in the Visitor's Guide to Fort Walla Walla Museum.
